Winter Flights

Flights to Lapland are much more accessible in the winter season with Inghams, Finnair and Ski Flights offering services out of London, Manchester, Birmingham and Bristol airports. The nearest resort airport to our luxury Lapland log cabin is Kittila and the flight time is approximately four hours. Direct fights start from as little as £139 per person return.

On arrival in Kittila, we can arrange taxi transfers from the airport to your cabin that will take approximately forty minutes so that you can have a little time to take in the idyllic scenery that will simply enchant you from the moment you arrive.

Summer Flights

In summer months Kittila airport closes and so the nearest resort airport that you can fly to is Rovaniemi and your flights will need to be booked from UK to Helsinki and then Helsinki to Rovaniemi as no direct flights are available (these are available through Finnair). Although our luxury Lapland log cabin is approximately three hours drive from Rovaniemi airport, it is one of the most therapeutic journeys you will ever make as the roads are almost deserted and at times you will have only Reindeer as company. Car hire is easy and can be economically booked from the UK. For the more adventurous traveller, you could consider booking an Easyjet flight to Helsinki and then making the 12 and a half hour drive from the south into the arctic circle and then you will get chance to see even more of the beautiful Finnish scenery.
